CONI-SEAL has been a brake parts manufacturer in the automotive aftermarket for over 50 years. Established in Newark, NJ the company's primary facility is now located in Lakewood, NJ. CONI-SEAL occupies over 100,000 square feet in a modern industrial park within one hour of Newark Airport.

The name CONI-SEAL originates from a patented cone-shaped wheel cylinder first produced in the 1950s.

An important development for CONI-SEAL in the 90s was the continued growth of the hydraulic brake parts category, which brought greater coverage, selection and value to our products. It improved our customers competitive position and allowed for a complete marketing strategy at all levels of trade.

While CONI-SEAL is probably best known for wheel cylinders, we also offer a complete line of brake hoses, new master cylinder assemblies, slave cylinders, kits, hardware and cups. All products are of new manufacture. CONI-SEAL is not a rebuilder.

In 2001, we expanded our product offering with the introduction of a chassis part line. The expansion allowed us to provide our customers with a broadened undercar product category selection. The chassis line continues to expand based on customer demand.

For 2006, we are focusing on an expansion of the company through entry into the friction and hub categories. A disc pad line has been added to further the company''s commitment to becoming a complete undercar source. CONI-SEAL supplements their efforts in providing one-stop shopping for undercar products with the Hub Bearing Assembly product line.

Our prices are very competitive because we are not a full line manufacturer. Specializing in the popular numbers, we channel our efforts in order to eliminate the overhead cost of stocking 10,000 or more part numbers. We carry the faster moving SKUs and maintain a sound inventory of these items. Our product line offers 98% coverage and 100% satisfaction.

CONI-SEAL's low pricing and superior quality is the direct result of a tight control on production. We manufacture and own tooling for 95% of our rubber components. These components are made of EPDM and SBR compounds, materials that either meet or exceed S.A.E. specifications. All domestic application wheel cylinders have internal cups made in the U.S.A. Assembly is performed right here in New Jersey and every wheel cylinder is factory tested on S.A.E. approved, low-pressure machinery. Quality does not necessarily cost more. CONI-SEAL also enters into joint venture agreements with international manufacturers to supply products to the American market, and has established operations in China with a CONI-SEAL engineer, to oversee quality control and enhance relations with Chinese suppliers.
